The Interagency Committee on Substance Abuse (ICSA) was created by HB 106 (Idaho Code 39-303). The membership includes representatives from all three branches of state government, local government and community partners. The team has been hard at work the last year, and an amazing amount of work has been accomplished. Thanks to the hard work of the group, ICSA now has a strategic plan for the next 5 years. We are looking forward to gaining even more ground in the future for prevention, intervention and treatment for those dealing with substance abuse issues.
